Experiencing My Provider

Bret:

Well I did not say anything, except to God and believed. I decided to work with the prophecy Sunday morning from Larry and Corinne Silverman. I had no money for groceries after paying rent and an auto-draft for phone service. The fact is I was to be $1.34 overdrawn Saturday when the bank posts all the accounts and used a $10.00 cash advance cover it. I remained calm, trusting the Lord to provide I went to Wal Mart this a.m. using $3.00 on one credit card and $3.00 on another maxing them both out. I used the remainder of the cash advance ($8.00) for other lunch food. This was all I had to use. The recent hospitalization has exhausted all my cash advance availability. This is a good place as I should have been in the position to have no other way except to trust God before this time.

Larry prophesied that I needed to give sacrificially which God has prepared me to do and Corinne that God would supply and He is my supplier. I have been challenged in this area for sometime now. I had the original performance exhaust pipes for my Harley sold on eBay this week. I really took a “bath” on it severely underestimating the shipping cost. I made a vow to send the profit from that sale to Larry and Corinne in a sacrifice (prior to the eBay listing) thereby working with the word they gave to me. There is more of that type of giving to do. The profit from the sale of the pipes was $15 and change. I had listed those pipes several times to no avail, each time generating a listing fee. I shipped the pipes last Wednesday and then paid the vow.

Today (two days later) just prior to your arrival today for lunch I was in the process of listing a rather little used practically new expensive plumbing crimp tool on eBay for sale. It has sold already and will be shipped tomorrow. It sold for $575.00 plus $48.00 for S & H. I usually do not discuss in detail my finances but thought it good to do so at this point. Just to clarify I did have groceries today but none for lunch during the work week. Last Sunday when you asked me from the pulpit about having groceries I answered correctly, however if you asked about money for bills that has now been taken care of by the Lord. Thank you again for the “Spice of India” lunch. I look forward to experiencing my Provider as never before.

Love,
